My story is simple and yet my journey was arduous. I am not a doctor…I am not a dietitian…I am not a lifestyle guru…and I am not a certified gourmet chef. What I am is a woman who – after multiple visits to a variety of doctors – finally discovered that gluten and grains were not my friends.
It was this revelation that changed my life and forced me to re-learn how to eat and thereby how to cook delicious and healthy meals without gluten and grains.
